| On January 7, the Busch Series thundered into Iowa for the final leg of the 2022 season. All that happened was another exciting, big-league performance. Holding off a bevy of contestants, lepage71 drove to a well-deserved win with the aid of patient techniques, leading 102 of 118 laps and trumping d3efan by lap. En route to finishing second, d3efan led 16 laps of his own to fuel a daring battle for the trophy. In a fine effort, J Rich sped to the third-place position, crossing the finish 13Laps laps behind lepage71. No slowpokes, Grumpy and were also significant factors, locking down fourth and fifth to fill out the top-five. The victory, lepage71's seventh of the season, strengthens his final lead over d3efan in the standings to 41 points. The Busch Series has now concluded another great competition. We look forward to even more of the same next season. |
