for somereason I am unable to download any text fies from the NBS files is this my problem or is there a problem with the site?

U mean .tex files. and no .there is no problem for me in downloading them.Not to be an ass,as some like to put it,have you ever thought it might be the
DOWNLOADER..lol........j/k...check and see if you have it enabled in Int explorer browser,or what ever u use.
