My records show Rookie in the 19.7s,just checked last night .Sure got my feelings hurt,lol,I thought I was pretty quick,until I saw that.

I think the pole time will be around 19.6 and solid race laps will be between 19.7 and 19.9. Check out the Martinsville course page, it's a wealth of information about past races.

I'm looking for pole time to be at least .4 from what I've seen in practice. Average lap times for front runners looks like .6 possibly, running a lot of .5's and maybe hitting .4's also. This does not take into account a large field however as we all know there is not much room on the track at Martinsville. 'Course if you're running fuel, then it's gonna be way slower too.
