I thought AlaRedBone would have the dedicated server up by tonight, he was fixing the connection problems that it has had by loading Windows 98 on it, instead of XP Pro which took up tons of internet resources. However, it is not done yet so I will put my server up.
I replaced that terrible modem box that I had, the one that kept timing out in the middle of the race...my upload right now is at 253 (compared to under 100 with the old one), which would be enough to host 15 cars. However, if there are still problems...mark my words I am officially DONE trying to host with this thing, lol.
