NHRL Retirement

Due to my lack of time recently and plans I have for the summer I am going to have to leave the Heat racing world.I feel badly about my missed admin assignments and my race absentees and the lack of preparation I have been able to devote to what few races I have ran.As bad as the economy seems every where else my place of employment is booming,I could work as many hours as I want and have been working quite a few here lately.What time I have had I have been spending on my real racing effort.I feel like I may be about to age out and the new young guys race different from how we older guys have over the years.You can race much harder and tear up more equipment,yours and the other guys if mom and dad are paying your racing bills.A luxury I have never had.I have spent most of the last two years building my new and last car,I have a new engine that should be on the dyno this coming week.I have a couple of guys who have been with me for many years and I want to try to give them the best effort I can this year in return for what they have been and mean to me.
I am sure I will drop by from time to time,maybe even run a few races on tracks I know pretty well.I hope the league continues to grow and stay in the forefront of online racing.Thanks for all you guys help and friendship over the years.Bover I will still help on that project you have upcoming,I should have all the info and specs you need any time you are ready.Hopefully I'll see some of you guys on Facebook from time to time,hope all of you have great racing seasons and all is well in life for all of you.

Lee it's been a pleasure racing you, and an even bigger one knowing you. Like everyone else, I wish you the very best of luck in your real racing endeavours. Gentleman like you aren't on Madhouse, because you aren't the type to 'act a fool' just to be on or ham it up for a reality series. If they did another season, it'd be really cool to see that white and blue 86 car passing The Myers Brothers or Jr. Miller or one of those other idiots!

If you get time, keep us posted on your season. (In here, or I could provide you web space if you needed).
