ok, so i reinstalled everything and its running pretty well... except none of the tracks are on the list in the game except road america and indyrc. anyone have any suggestions?

are u using the mod launcher or do u have it in staled any where ? if so u got to move the tracks over to the left side in track manger if u don't have it then check and see if u have a run folder or data folder and see if the tracks are in there if u have both u got to take the tracks from run folder and put them in the data folder and if the tracks are in none of them what u can do is go to my computer and to your nascar heat CD and right click and u will see list go to open and it will pull fills up on the CD u see a run folder open it and u will see the tracks in there just copy the tracks u need it

Actually your tracks should be in the Run folder. If you patched heat correctly you should have a run folder and no data folder. Remember to patch heat correctly, read the instructions for installing Nascar Heat on the Signups page. If you are using heat essentials, you should check out how to install that at the Modsquad.

i got a data folder guess that,s becoulse i run of the cd i tryed the none cd patch i cant in stall it right for nothing lol

dose any one have any ide what this is about i put the no cd patch in game would not work so i cleard my computer of the heat games and tryed to put it all back in now all i get when i install the heat game i get this every time

You still have a data folder, this is your issue....


When installing heat this is the process you should use....

1) Run full CD install to the default folder.

2) Start the game and enter a race.

3) Install the Heat 1.1e patch.

4) Start the game and enter a race.

5) Install the NoCD patch and Heat 1.8 patch. (You can use the combo from this website http://www.racepainter.com/main/patches/patches.html it saves you some steps. This combo patch fixes all of the data/run folder issues.)

6) Install any mods and tracks. (Tracks should all go to the run folder.)

7) Enjoy the game!

ok, now with all of our mods i try to start... when i click the icon to start it... it says it cant be started or something... and also something about not autorun. idk this is so cinfusing to me right now...
