Sound Messing up on ALL Mods

ok, im gettin really pissed with my computer bc the sound for every dang mod is jumping and skipping... does anyone have any solutions for this probem i am having? please and thank you.

When my old PC's graphics card would over heat the sound would mess up and it would randomly restart. Is your PC in a fairly cool and well ventilated area? When you play is your PC's fan constantly running?

On my laptop that is out in the open and more up to date it has happen I'd say twice in 2 months.

Give us some more details about your situation. Laptop or Desktop? Onboard sound, or soundcard? Version of windows ur running, what brand/model of computer, or some general specs if it's a home-built, etc. Also, is it happening all the time, or intermittenly? Can you connect when this started to some sort of hardware or software change?

Then maybe we'll have better chances of helping you out.
