what do you guys all think of a full test race for the nbs mod? Lets say at Lowes 100 laps on fri night around 10pm??

don't think i have the 1.80 patch installed..... but i must.... cuz i ran some busch last night.... and it worked fine.

note to all..... SS said 10pm central time (for all you "eastern guys" that means 11pm).

Last night when I hosted I ran 1.72e but in the future I will be using the 1.80 patch. So if you haven't installed it since last night then you should install it.

The race tonight will be run using the league's dedicated server.
The IP will be:: 69.171.206.254
Please connect via ip/isdn connection.
If by chance the server doesnot show in irf, please check ip method, the new version of IRF has a few issues showing dedicated servers.

I may or may not be there, but I would like as many drivers as possible to try to race. My upload has improved greatly since I upgraded a few months ago and I hope we can use this as a regular server for 2006. This would be a good server test race (also in a few weeks we will have one or two "unofficial" winter NBS races). The lap totals should be set correctly for all of the tracks including Lowe's. Eventually AlaRedBone will return and we should have two full time servers again (ETA of "the Red" = March).

IROC has been scrapped due to copyright crap.

In the past Timerider gave us permission to redesign his IROC mod into an NHRL IROC mod. But he never created a 2006 IROC mod at all, so we didn't pursue the project this year. We also wanted to concentrate on finishing the Busch Series mod and we will do some offseason races with that.
