Looks like IRF is down. But you can connect to the NHRL server by using the ISDN option in multiplayer, and connecting thru the IP address 69.171.206.254
Also if you don't see an NHRL server out on irf in the future It doesnt show up on irf until someone joins. So always try ISDN ip 1st.
