Trouble running the Symmons file

Hi there. I've downloaded the .exe file OK but keep getting an error message, something along the lines of: can't access the file, you may not have the required permissions, even when I try to run it as administrator?? Thanks.

Wait a minute, I've solved the issue. It was PC Matic blocking it. You can set it up to block without a notification that it is doing it.
