Probably because the sign up page references his second question. If it were read completely, it might not have been asked.

Wth. Well what I was going to say was that the admins usually want a new driver to get a good amount of testing before getting approved. And usually the hardest things for new drivers is just finding a good base setup to work with, and to use the setups available on the NHRL site under the category "resources".

If the admins deleted my very help full post (which I think I'm just and idiot and deleted everything) then they'll have to do it again!

You're definately not an idiot, but I do thing you must've deleted everything.

Anyway back to the OP. Yes, that signup page has a list of steps needed to be taken to go about being a potential driver. READ IT THOROUGHLY, as it lists all the necessary steps to take.
