I voted for 9:00 for the same reson I voted for 11 in cup. Two different time slots gives everyone a fair shake.

I voted for 9, starting earlier would have it's advantage but someones sundays can get busy just like the rest of the weekend so the later time allows time to take care of other things before racing.
