Anyone know this?

Does anyone have an idea what would be causing these crappy colored lines? It only happens when recording from fraps, my replays look ok. All of my fraps settings are at default, I haven't messed with video drivers as the ones I've been using right along have been working fine. I just have no idea.

when i click on "Weird lines" an error pops up and asks if i want to send to Microsoft. wont even let me look at them...?????????Strange

I was having issues getting it to open too, had to use a download manager to get it. No clue what's going on there, I've never had that issue happen to me with what I've done.
