nbs not opening

nbs not opening
I click on the shortcut on my desktop(flag) and it just opens up the folder and the splash screen you know the screen that comes up, then the game opens. But after it opens the splash screen the game never opens, just the folder.

I have had this problem before. I reinstalled the mod because it was missing a file and it fixed it.
PS: try mod launcher or go into yer mod folder and run it thru there.
