Great question Donaldson! I suggest we let the track handle the penalties since this track has instant ones. I would consider it "double jeopardy" if I recieved two penalties for the same infraction.

Judging from hatch, the league's penalties are not instant. Its more like pattern detection, then penalty. so the answer to Donaldson's question can be either yes or no. There would probably be a penalty, but it will probably reference a different lap.
