Anyway to Stop Ghosting?

I have no other programs running and no uncc apps running. I am on roadrunner. Any suggestions?

Is Roadrunner Cable or DSL? Not that it matters, because I am On 1.5Mb down/ 512k up DSL and I usually have no problems.

One of the biggest causes of Ghosting if ur connection is good is a software firewall. If you have zone alarm or sygate, it'll do it.
