Brands Hatch Lap Times and dicussion (cup)
Seems like a fun track. still gotta get the course memorized. Ran a 1.47 just now. bet that's slow as hell. What are you guys running?
Hardest part about a new RC is just the memorization. Then the laps times should come down significantly.
I can tell you this, if you haven't been on practicing this track a few times this week, at least, Don't even show up saturday. First person that hits me at 130mph while I am slowed to 45 for that sharp turn 2, because they have no idea where they're at on the course, I'm going to go off. (Just so you know, lol)

137 here. so after 25 laps i should beat you by 250 secs bov....lol
btw - turn on your ghost and it shoud help. well, it helps me anyway.
the "two wheels on the track at all times" rule of thumb should be real difficult for me being that my car rolls up on 2 wheels half the time. lol its like stunt driving for pete's sake.
i also had to turn on auto shifting to stop me from shifting to nuetral and even reverse alot. hahahaha
the race should be a fun one

I agree pitting does suck big time here!! fastest that i hit was a 133.6 and thats beating the sh*t out of my car....efgordon wrote:i've worked my way down to a mediocre 135.3
i cant put enough together without wrecking to see how far she will go on fuel yet though.
btw - this track has the smallest pitstalls i have ever seen. was it even made for cup cars? pitting is gonna be tiiiiiiiiiiiiiight!

I have a... umm.... friend, uh.... Anyway, my uh, friend is having braking trouble between the start/finish line and turn one. My, ummm His car wants to come around on him there, and if I, I mean he brakes early enough to prevent that it seems like he is getting rearended. Anyone have any advice for my uh, friend?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Your "friend" should release break just prior 2 the said turn in question, Have your "Buddy" Hold the wheel tight and dirt track the corner,Next "He" should Hope the rear end of car does not swap places with front end,After all that Your "Compadres" car may or may not straighten out.If all that works, then brake as needed to complete corner. If above options fail to work, Your "Buddy" might want to try Dragracing "No turning Required"
