Vidane.com CTS Heat Superspeedway Series Starts Friday 4/20

Hey everyone,

For a school project, I'm starting a 10-race series featuring the CTS Heat mod at only Daytona and Talladega. This has been an ongoing project for me, and I've finally reached a point where the website is done and the rulebook is very close to completion. The first race is scheduled for this Friday, April 20th at 8:00 PM EST, which may be subject to change, as the SCCA GT Series race is scheduled for 9:00 PM that night. It's not necessary to make all the races, either -- I'm doing it for fun.

Stop by http://vidane.com/ if you're interested. There's a signup form on the site that will put you on the drivers' list right away.

Again, it's just a temporary series for fun and for my grade. I'll be doing a report of one of the races (Behind the Wheel type of thing from Nextel Cup) as my presentation, too.

That means, if you win a race, a bunch of 16 year old kids will look up to you as a ...hero?

Thanks, guys. We only have nine signups so far, but everyone's welcome on race day (Friday, 4/20 at 8:00 PM EST). Hopefully things will go great tomorrow and be a lot of fun. I know I'm looking forward to the 50 laps at Daytona. It's been a while since I've raced the CTS mod.

Once I get something worked out with a server/hosting, I'll get it posted on the site.
