Can I request a screen shot of the lowest line we can continually run without being nabbed for low lining/blocking ? I think this would clear up some confusion amongst the drivers.

I'm not sure what your talking about here. Do you mean that rules we had in effect for the Daytona qualifying race? If so that rule was tossed.

so low lining is acceptable, or do we have to run 1 lane up? I was asked the other night and didnt know the answer.

Nope, You can hold the bottom. The rule was an experiment in the Daytona Sprint event, but scrapped aftward.
