Dude, windows Vista is what your computer runs on.... not what a team uses. When you say paint shop 7 do you mean photshope? I belive if you have the .psd format of the template you can paint on it with photshop. Best option: ask Bover , afterall he created it...(mods and temlates)

Well, he asked me to paint him a car (via PM, saying I "was the best") two and three days after he said "Bover's mod suck balls" and that it was the worst of the COT mods.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, yes, but I ain't helpin the little guy. He can use it as a 'lesson learned' hopefully, and seek help elsewhere.

Anyone wanting to paint a car would be better off with gimp. It's as good as Photoshop or PSP9, and it FREE. Just google Gimp.

NO, I am not changing anything about the mod. I am making a cosmetic update for it that would in no way affect gameplay for those who choose not to update. That's it.

Who cares if a mod has the original spotter? If it works, don't fix it.

This mod was designed for one main purpose. to make an easier painting heat car, which was a COT while staying as true to heat as possible, and serve the needs of the NHRL. That's it.

Blax's idea with the COT platinum mod was to see just how far they could go with heat. If you want all the new stuff, Use that. Blaxman and Co. spent a WHOLE LOT of time and Heartache on that thing. They didn't do it for nothing. Go start a league with with the COT Platinum. Maybe you'll get some takers.

We here at the NHRL liked a lot of stuff that was old school with heat, and didn't want to change a lot of stuff.
