I think I got IRF to work. I remember someone saying when there is no one online it would say "unable to establish connection". Well today I went to go try it and at the bottom under the "All" tab is said "0 users" for about 2 seconds then went away. Then the "unable to establish connection" message came up. So im thinkin there is no one online and IRF is working.

That's not the case either, because I've had a dedicated server up for a week straight, and it's still up now, so you must have some other problem.

Ok, then I dont know what it could possibly be. I looked in the IRF main directory file and in it, there is a file called "irf_debug"(its a text document) in it, it says...
"Start change game
Ports closed
Using port Random
created ppqwa port
opening primary port
primary port errors reported: Unknown error
Closing connection"
Does this ring a bell at all???
