Every time I click on the setup link anywhere (schedule, strategies, downloads) I'm sent to this link: 0SERUTES!IGMÁE?ÌÌÌ>€?ÿÿ>ÿÿÿ>€?«ª*>ÿÿ??ªªª>ÿÿÿ>€? B€?ªª*?TUU?HBÌÌÌ=$I’=€?B™™™>ªªª>¶m[>DB$I?ÿÿ??@33³?ÌÌŒ?ff†?š™?ÍÌL>?@@ffæ>ƒÀ ?­G?°A

Your web browser may not recognize the .gar file format and could be trying to open the setups in raw form. The situation is similar to what happens when you click on a PDF file on a website and rather than prompting to save the file the web browser instead opens it immediately.

See if right-clicking on each setup link and doing a "Save Link As..." works better.
