The bink32.dll file is a video codec file that Nascar Heat uses for video playback in replays. It should be installed in the "run" folder in the main nascar heat files. Go here..http://www.heatfinder.net/downloads.php?d=8 and redownload the Custom 1.80 patch and using "Run as Administrator" capabilities , install it.Willl fix your problem. :mrgreen

Using this patch will properly install the missing file however its use for the intro video (when you start the game).

it installs to heat in program files which is not my main source for Nascar Heat. Not in Program File(x86) where my main source for nascar heat is located.

Change the location, it gives you an option in the installer, or you can just move the files yourself.

I didnt an option in the installer NOTE:You must NASCAR Heat installed to it's default folders of Program Files Hasbro interactive Nascar Heat and I tried that and nothing happened

Your right, didnt realize the issue with that patch, possible something to be fixed in the future. But you can just move the files.

Also, glad you found the issue by removing the file from your system files. :)
