Taskbar has Gone?

Hey guys I just got my cockpit from grandpa's house (will post pics later) so I had to unplug wires etc. I got it all setup but now the icons etc were off to the right and the taskbar seems gone (or locked off to the right). I tried right clicking to unlock taskbar etc but its not their on desktop. I was able to go off the screen etc for a while and i made a shortcut to IE8 just to see if it works and it launches IE8 off screen. Is my monitor too far to the left? Whats wrong.

I would but the whole blue ribbon at bottom of screen is gone

Monitor was plugged into the wrong graphics card. Rofl
