The league server should be on throughout the day. It should also appear on IRF, but as we know the latest IRF is a little fickle so you might not be able to see it at all times. Regardless, everyone should be able to connect at any time from the multiplayer screen in Heat, which is what we prefer anyways.
Also, we might have a few drivers who want to join the league enter the practice races. Please give them a warm welcome if they do decide to show up.
Finally, the rules page has been updated recently. Most of it you already know but reviews never hurt. Often we are asked questions that are clearly stated in the rules!

and seeing's how EVERY SINGLE veteran driver CEM has offered a contract to was turned down in the off season, we still have a few open seats that could very well be filled by a rookie driver... so do good
