Fix to Problems with Voting

If you're getting the submitted form error, then you're probably using the Black Pearl style on the forum. To fix this, log into your User Control Panel and temporarily switch to the Prosilver or subsilver2 style. The Black Pearl style is older and it's causing problems with the polls.
