Do 1.1e, then you can go straight to 1.80

thanks for the reply .. still waiting for registration ..

ok i went ahead and visited modsquad.. registered ,, and grabbed the essentials pack for mods, and tried the nh2k6 mod for starters .. without trying to set up the dedi just yet .. i have tried to register at heatfinder.com with no results.. keeps telling me that username doesnt exist after i register ...

also .. trying to setup a host game from my pc.. it lets me create a room through the game.. but noone can connect ports are forwarded for 2001-2005 for tcp/udp firewall off
am i forgetting something.. ive read all the posts i can , with no luck !! Im assuming the best way is to use the CP from heatfinder, but as i said it wont let me register !and theres no 2k6 mod running....

we could use some help please if someone has the time ... thank you much

There was a bug on HeatFinder registration due to the "active users/guest" update, it has now been fixed. Good thing it is technically still in beta until the windows program is done...lol

For everyone else trying to setup a dedicated server these two links below are quick explanations of the basics!
