(Cup) Dangerous Driving Penalty Texas

Reading the results I noticed I got a dangerous driving penalty on lap 68 in the #5 car subbing for SKirby at Texas in CUP. This is the first penalty I have gotten of this kind and I was wondering what I did that would warrant a penalty under this catagory. Please explain to me what I did wrong, so that I at least know what I got a penalty for and that I don't make the same mistake again. Thanks.
