Please be aware that Nascar is now watching. For those of you who don't know, one of the most popular sites out there for painting resources, Masgrafx.com, has been threatened with legal action because they included copywrited Nascar logos and material on their site. It would be best not to include any original Nascar anything on any paintjobs to be safe. You don't want a call from a lawyer.

That's why I think our league's style of No Fees, No Prize Awards, Unsponsored racing is they best type. With us being totally not for profit, non-commercial, We are totally legit and well within the scope of the law.

Hell they should pay us, its free advertisement for them. They have to pay to put their logos on the cars. Its all about the $$$$$

Well said Stick! Though we should try not to upset Nascar... never know.... since ea owns the rights now we might want to be a little careful. Especially with our new Sims (U KNOW THE WORD I ACTUALLY MEAN) that we have been using...
