Who all is interested in attending? Right now its unsanctioned details in the topic in polls and suggestions http://www.nhrl.net/forum/viewtopic.php ... 295#p29295 but wondering about who plans on attending. If you plan on it say so. Enough interest it might become a sanctioned event.

wow this track actually feels like a real racetrack, can feel some bumps at certain spots. This needs to be added to the schedule.

We had Kansas on our schedule a couple years ago. One of the tracks lost to schedule crunching

You know... Some were talking about the new homestead track. While they haven't 'released' it yet, It's been testing and modification phase over at the mod squad, and is for all practical purposes, finished. All they're really doing now is tightening up small details like infield objects, pit commitment cones, which are nice but not necessary, and things like adding a goodyear blimp.

It's very much raceable, and reef and I did an online test and had a blast.

We'd actually be able to use it, Someone like reef or someone with slightly better upload speed then me could host it if lepage didn't want to put a 'beta' version on the server.

Just some food for thought.

If the banked homestead track is ready can someone provide a link...if it is not ready by this weekend then Kansas speedway it will be.........Drivers need it at least a week in advance to practice by Sunday night may 18th@ the usual NBS time. All members are invited.

I just posted over at the mod squad to see if they could let us use what they have, (They'd have to fix the cones and make them a "non-hittable object". That means they'd be like those little signs at sears point... Just for show).

I am waiting for a reply, and if we can't iron this out in a day or so, I'd agree we'd just better stick to Kansas Speedway. So, lets see what happens here on tuesday.

He has it fixed. I am waiting to see if he minds me hosting this version of track on my server so we don't have to send the whole league over to that thread where they may download the wrong version.

Only deficiency the track has right now, is your pit crew won't have a wagon and sign. Just something they been putting off fixing. The crew is still there, and the pit stalls are really big (pocono big, lol), so I don't think it'd pose a problem.
