I agree! It wasn't just one of us that caused that. We were all just racing hard and we were 3 wide in the tri-oval. Just a racing deal and I have no hard feelings towards anyone. When you race cars at almost 200 mph, theres gonna be problems because we are all human, humans make mistakes, and mistakes at 200 mph are amplified. No problem here! Just hard racing!

Well V I think had we made the move to the outside we would have been 6-7 instead of 2-3. The exciting finish:

Me and V were nose to tail the whole race and coming out of last pit stiops I had to slow ever so slightly to let him catch up and I think that made the difference in TommyW (TommyDubs) and Kyle getting up to speed as fast as us so we settled in behind them on the backstrech. After the incident at Daytona I was reluctant to try any 2 wide stuff while folks were still exiting the pits. But when dubs made his move around Kyle we went with him (thought you had damage and we would be faster Kyle, nothin personal bud) and dubs stayed high after the pass (tks man) and I had kyle cleared but V didnt and I wasnt gonna hang him out! Tom settled back in low and we stayed high but the high line wasnt as fast as daytona's, V coulda pushed me to the lead but both of us couldnt clear tom tom with Kyle pushin him and there was a pack of 4 comin fast so we had to settle back in! so now there's a pack of 7. If me and V had thought about breaking high there was the 24 and 71 tryin it just about every lap and boxing V in low so we couldnt effectively do that well. V or I coulda jumped in front of that outside train individually but we were gonna try to stay together because ya just dont know who to trust lol.

Last lap: Kyle goes low and off the track crossing the start/finish, V and I are 2-3 now and trying a last lap pass. It was gonna have to be coming off turn 4. Dubs effectively blocked a good slingshot but I was able to get along side at one point but the train was slowed to line up as Davis was looking in his rear view for the 24, who was behind V but then dashed low behind dubs . V and I were finally lined up but too late!

20th to 1st??! Someone put a leash on that guy! lol To paraphrase: "One thing about TommyDubs...he don't lose."
