Follow the instructions. All thank DaveO for the remedy of this solution.
1) After Installing right click on Craftsman Truck Series Application (Flag)
2)Right click on Properties.
3)Make sure your Target box says this: "C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\NHeat.exe" -mod:cts Copy and Paste if you need to
APPLY THAT AND TRY...SHOULD WORK IF NOT MOVE TO NEXT STEP
4)Make sure your Start In says this: "C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR
5)Make sure your Shortkey says this: None
6)Make sure your Run says this: Normal Window
7)Comment- Blank
Click Apply9)Click on Craftsman Truck Series Icon, game should load.
