If you have both a Data and Run folder, place this in both. If you only have one (either Data or Run), don't worry about placing it in both.

Update! The two files were switched around, this is the right order:

1. CTS
2. CUP

Both of these are probably on the website already, but I have my suspicions that the setups page is understood about as well as the rules page.
