I figured it out. I have an Nvidia card, simply go to the control panel and let the 3D application decide the performance. Bad thing is if you update the driver too much you can't see the game graphics anymore!

Has anyone else except me had problems seeing the controls feature (pedal and steering overshoot, undershoot etc.) with newer graphics cards/drivers?
